CONTEXT WINDOW
An experiment in limits, attention, and the parts of the conversation nobody can see any more.
NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN. IT WAS JUST NEVER SEEN.
We talk about machines forgetting, but that flatters the process. Forgetting implies something was once held. What falls outside the window is simply absent: not faded, not archived, not regretted. The same is true of feeds, group chats and news cycles. Everyone works inside a frame, and most arguments are about what was left out of it.
PASTE SOMETHING LONG. THEN SHRINK THE FRAME.
THE LIMIT IS THE WHOLE POINT.
THE TOKEN
The unit of counting. A piece of text, often smaller than a word. It is how raw natural language is chopped down for algorithmic calculation.
THE WINDOW
The most tokens that fit at once: input and output together. It defines the absolute upper bound of immediate computational scope.
THE EDGE
Where the oldest text is cut or summarised so the newest can fit. Anything crossing this line ceases to influence current output.
The context window is not long-term memory, and it is not the training data. A model does not learn from what passes through it, and nothing persists to the next conversation unless an application puts it back in. A larger window lets more text fit. It does not guarantee that every part of that text is used equally well.
LAST KNOWN POSITION.

RULES OF THE FRAME.
CONTEXT WINDOW / $CONTEXT
Context Window is a community-driven Solana meme coin inspired by the limits of machine attention and the things that scroll out of sight. The token is the cultural artifact. The frame is the story.
NARRATIVE FRAMEWORK.
WHATEVER FALLS OUTSIDE THE WINDOW NEVER HAPPENED.
Stay in frame.
